The Orrville City School District has given a new three-year contract to the high school math teacher who spent more than a year on paid administrative leave following accusations that he acted inappropriately toward four female students.  Two independent investigations looked into the matter, and while they did not recommend criminal charges, the first inquiry found two instances of sexual harassment, while the second found the teacher’s conduct to be worrisome.  The teacher, who is not being publicly identified since no criminal charges were file d, has denied any and all allegations of misconduct.
