With a decrease in state funding and an increase in the cost of operations, the Orrville Public Library will be asking voters to approve a levy this fall. Voters will be asked to renew the library’s current eight-year, .75 mill operating levy, along with an additional .6 mills. If approved in November, the additional millage would cost the owner of a $100,000 home an extra $1.75 per month.
