An Orrville man was sentenced to 30 days in jail for his role in a deadly crash last May. 32 year-old Justin Erwin was sentenced Thursday on one count of vehicular manslaughter after he pleaded guilty in December. Erwin was charged after he was involved in a deadly crash in Baughman Township last year that claimed the life of a Dalton man after Erwin drove into the path of 65 year-old Arthur Lustig’s motorcycle. Erwin’s sentenced has been stayed for two weeks while he evaluated for house arrest, but he must also complete 100 hours of community service, and had his license suspended for two years.
