City council members in Orrville are moving forward with a new parking lot project. The project involves the area currently known as the Heather Studio parking lot, which will become a primary parking lot for businesses on West Market Street, and then eventually will be used as a primary overflow parking lot once the city’s Depot Park project is completed. The city says the parking lot portion of the project should be done by mid-to-late May, while work on the park will take place this summer.
