Orrville PD getting a new K9 dog

The City of Orrville’s police department is getting a new dog for its K-9 division.  The new K-9 will replace the department’s current dog, which is being retired this spring after eight years of service.  The cost of the new dog and its training will be roughly $15,000, which the city says will be taken out of its  capital improvement fund.
