City council members in Orrville are considering an ordinance that would require residents to obtain a permit for temporary dumpsters. Council began looking into the matter after a number of people complained about a neighbor who used a dumpster as a lawn ornament for several months. Council is hoping to get more feedback from the community before making a decision, but as it stands, the permit would be free for the first 30 days, followed by a $10 monthly fee after that.
