The City of Orrville is set to purchase a new brine system for the winter months. Orrville City Council gave the Board of Control the go ahead to purchase the system and accessories from Sourcewell Cooperative. The system will cut costs by lessening how much salt is needed to be put down on the roads during the winter months. The city will also purchase a new Ford Police Interceptor to replace an older police cruiser.
