The City of Orrville is set to improve the safety and security of city hall. The city is set to receive another $300,000 of CARES Act funding, and will use it to make the improvements at city hall. The city will remodel the entryway, and added renovations will include installing a kiosk and hiring a receptionist. Other security improvements will be paid for out of the city’s general fund. The city also approved a measure this week to request professional planning service proposals for create a Parks and Recreation plan for the city.
