The Ohio State University’s College of Food, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences will hold a Field Day to explore crop and livestock integration on Thursday, August 22nd from 4-7 p.m. at the Gish Barn, in Rittman.  During the event, attendees will go over the soil health results and other on-farm data from a two-year study that Ohio State conducted by partnering up with 31 working Ohio Farms.  There is no cost to attend, but registration is required to receive the meal provided during the event, which is supported by a grant from the USDA’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture.
