Ohio State University is moving forward with a ten-year master plan to renovate and improve its campus in Wooster.  The plan calls for at least four buildings and two greenhouses on the campus to be demolished and replaced with new labs, classrooms and residency halls.  The university says the plan also includes renovating Fisher Auditorium and adding new walking and bike trails to better connect the campus.  To help pay for all of this, OSU has decided to sell seven of its Wayne County properties, including Hawk’s Nest Golf Course.  The seven properties being sold off add up to more than 600 acres of land.  Overall, the university currently owns nearly 4,000 acres of land in Wayne County.
