During a virtual ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, The Ohio State University College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences unveiled its new Wooster campus. Along with the new facility, the campus has undergone a rebranding effort, and is now known as CFAES Wooster. The nearly $34-million dollar facility houses the Department of Entomology, undergraduate classrooms, and teaching and research labs. Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose spoke during the unveiling ceremony on Thursday, noting the importance of the facility.
