The Home Builders Association of Wayne and Holmes Counties’ annual Parade of Homes event will feature the Orrville Area Boys & Girls Club’s dream house. The 1,600 square-foot home is located on Deer Creek Circle, in Orrville, and is expected to sell for between $275,000 & $300,000, with proceeds benefitting the Boys and Girls Club. The Parade of Homes will take place over the next two weekends.
