Police in Wooster say they’ve identified the two teenagers responsible for vandalizing several downtown buildings this week.  The alleged culprits, a 17-year old male and a 16-year old female, reportedly spray painted the message “Black Lives Matter” on the Wayne County Courthouse, as well as the Daily Record building.  The pair is also accused of writing profanity on the railroad bridge that runs over East Henry Street.  The Wayne County Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office will determine whether or not to file criminal charges.
