In Wooster, a portion of East Bowman Street will be closed for several days over the next two weeks for a culvert replacement project. The closures, near the intersection with Washington Street, are scheduled for today, tomorrow and Thursday, along with Tuesday thru Thursday of next week. The city says the closures with be during both daytime and nighttime hours. Motorists are advised to use Beall and East Wayne avenues as a detour.
