Portions of two Wooster roads have speed limits reduced

A couple of roads in Wooster, or at least portions of them, have new speed limits.  The roads getting the new reduced speed limits are Milltown Road, between Oak Hill and Mechanicsburg, as well as Slyvan Road, from Hillcrest Drive to where Sylvan dead-ends.  Each of the roads had previously been 55 mph, but are now marked as 45 mph.  The change, which went into effect on Tuesday, was made after being approved by local officials and ODOT.
