A recent study shows that homelessness in Wayne County has fallen since the summer but is up since last winter. The Wayne County Housing Coalition conducted the study and found that a total of 121 homeless people were living in the county. That number is down from almost 130 that the coalition found after doing a summer survey. Since last winter however, it is a 12% increase, as the county saw 108 homeless residents last winter.
