Some major changes are coming to the Wayne County Public Library’s main branch in downtown Wooster.  The library says the changes are being made in an effort to adapt to the shifting needs of its patrons.  Among the changes on the horizon will be the addition of a café, an outdoor garden and redesigned outdoor book drops.  Other modifications will involve the children’s department, including the creation of a study room and sensory area.  The library will also be making improvements to the parking lot entrance and foyer.  The renovations are being paid for with a low-interest loan and money from a settlement with a contractor over past roof and masonry issues at the library.
