The City of Rittman’s Manager is set to leave his position to take on a new position in Elyria in February. Derek Feuerstein will take over as the safety-service director in Elyria as part of a new administration in the city of Elyria. Feuerstein had to give the City of Rittman a 60 day notice to leave his current position, meaning he will still be the City Manager for Rittman until mid-February. Feuerstein worked in the City of Lorain before coming to Rittman.
