A sentencing date of July 20th has been set for Erica Stefanko. The Rittman woman faces life in prison after being found guilty of aggravated murder in the death of 25-year old Ashley Biggs. The 38-year old Stefanko was accused of making a fake phone call that lured Biggs to a location where she was killed by Chad Cobb, Stefanko’s husband at the time. Cobb and Biggs were reportedly in a custody dispute at the time. The murder took place in 2012 but Stefanko wasn’t arrested until two years ago. Cobb is already serving a life sentence for the murder.
