With overnight temperatures expected to fall to near single digits, the Salvation Army in Wooster will be opening the doors to its severe weather shelter tonight. The shelter is open to anyone in need of a place to escape the cold. In addition to a safe place to sleep, the shelter also offers guests a hot meal and a warm shower. The shelter will open tonight at six thirty and remain open until eight o’clock tomorrow morning.
