A Seville man is facing misdemeanor charges in Wayne County for allegedly getting physical with his girlfriend during an argument. 41 year-old Robert Rininger is charged in Wayne County Common Pleas Court with domestic violence, assault and unlawful restraint. Rininger was in court on Monday, where he pleaded not guilty to all three counts. His next scheduled court appearance is set for the end of the month.
