A new full-service gas and convenience store will be coming to Seville. Sheetz has announced they will be opening a location that sits along State Route 3 just south of I-76 on a parcel of land that sits next to the Shell gas station. The village zoning and planning commission gave full approval for the station, which will have its final vote when the proposal is voted on by Village Council. Sheetz moved plans to head to Seville after Medina Township trustees denied a motion for a zoning change for a parcel of land off Route 3 and I-71 earlier this summer. Work is expected to begin sometime next spring.
