An 18-year old accused of shooting two people this week in Wooster was arraigned this morning in Wayne County Municipal Court on two counts of felonious assault.  Ryan Schwarz, of Wooster, reportedly shot the men Wednesday morning, near the intersection of Spink and High streets.  One of the victims, a 22-year old, was shot once in the neck, while the other victim, a 41-year old, was shot three times.  Both men remain hospitalized in stable condition.  Police say Schwarz has admitted to the shooting. Bond for Schwarz was set at $200,000.
