Federal authorities say they have recovered 22,000 images and videos of child pornography from a Smithville area mans electronic files. 69-year-old Dennis Horn was arrested early Tuesday morning after a standoff that involved the FBI, Wooster Police and Wayne County Sheriff’s after Horn had been sought on a federal warrant regarding child pornography. Authorities say that Horn had been amassing the files for nearly a decade. Horn was taken into custody around 5:30 Tuesday morning following a nearly 15-hour standoff with police that ended peacefully. Horn made his first appearance in federal court Tuesday afternoon, and will have another hearing on February 22nd.
