Officials in Wayne County say that they are now hearing from residents who want the county to do away with the voting machines used in last month’s presidential election.  A few of them are also reportedly calling for the county to return to a paper ballot voting system, citing concerns about the integrity of the county’s voting machines.  The Wayne County Board of Elections, however, says its voting machines, which were first used in last year’s general election, are completely secure and that any claims of voter fraud are unfounded.
