The expansion of a local business and potential additional growth has led to the State of Ohio providing funds to pave a road in the Village of Baltic. State Represenative Brett Hillyer announced last week the Sate Controlling Board approved the release of $258,000 for roadwork improvements in the Holmes County area of Baltic. The Baltic allocation will be used to complete a 1,200-foot reconstruction of Brickyard Road. The old road will be removed and replaced with a new surface. Local business Keim has plans to build a new warehouse in the area.
