State Representative Scott Wiggam, of Wooster, has been reappointed to serve as chair of the Ohio House’s State and Local Government Committee. The one-time Wayne County Commissioner served in the same position during the house’s last General Assembly. Additionally, Wiggam will also serve on the House Committee for Energy and Natural Resources and Ways and Means.
