A Rittman woman has pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder charges in Stark County. 36-year old Erica Stefanko is accused of making a bogus phone call back in 2012 that lured a pizza delivery driver out to a location where she was ambushed and brutally murdered by Stefanko’s then-husband Chad Cobb. The victim, 25-year old Ashley Biggs, was in the midst of a custody battle with Cobb over their six-year old daughter at the time of her death. Cobb is currently serving life in prison. Stefanko is due back in court for a pretrial hearing next week.
