The Summer Heap Crisis Program is set to get underway next month. Beginning July 1st the Ohio Development Services and Community Action Wayne Medina will help income eligible residents maintain utility service through the summer months. The Home Energy Assistance Program helps eligible residents maintain their electric bill, as well as purchase a new fan or air conditioner, as well as pay for repairs to central air units. The summer HEAP program will last until September 30th.
