Two of the three charged with beating two sleeping homeless men last summer in Wooster have now been sentenced. A 16-year old boy will spend three months in a juvenile detention center for his role, while 18 year-old Richard Luper will spend 90 days in jail for his role.  The sentence for the 16 year-old was handed down yesterday in Wayne County Juvenile Court, while Luper was sentenced Wednesday.  The teen was also placed on probation indefinitely, which could last until he turns twenty one. Luper will also spend 3 years on probation, and must perform 80 hours of community service.
