Three suspects are in custody after abducting a woman in Wooster Township early yesterday morning, shooting at a witness who tried to stop them and then fleeing the area to Kentucky. Authorities say it all began at around 1:45am, on Canal Road, when the 24-year old woman was forced into a vehicle.  Multiple local agencies, including the Highway Patrol and the Wooster and Orrville police departments, attempted to locate the vehicle.  Eventually, just after 9am, Kentucky State Police found the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. The victim was found safe, with only minor injuries.  All three suspects were taken into custody at that time. Charges are now pending.
