The Cleveland Indians fell to the Kansas City Royals late Tuesday night by a score of 6 to 4. The majority of the Tribe’s offense came in the first inning, but was quickly stymied afterwards. Aaron Civale pitched 5.1 innings giving up 4 earned runs on 4 hits and threw for 3 strikeouts. The Tribe tied the game 4 to 4 late in the 8th thanks to a double by Yu Chang, but they inevitably fell late in the contest.

The Tribe will be back in action against the Royals Wednesday evening with the first pitch scheduled for 8:10 p.m. Zach Plesac will get the start on the mound for the Indians.
