As Wooster City officials continue their plans for development of Wooster’s largest employment center, two distribution warehouses will eventually call Wooster’s Industrial Park home. Wooster City Council approved a zoning change and ten year tax abatement last week, intended to help the Wooster Brush Company’s new building construction. A second warehouse is also being planned, but it is currently unknown who will own the facility once it’s built. There is no timetable for when either facility will begin construction.
