Two local businesses were among 35 retailers to be cited by the state for not following mask and social distancing protocols. Keim in Holmes County and Red Tomato Food Market in Wayne County were both cited for not adhering to the protocols et forth by the state. Inspectors at Keim observed 37 employees, with 25 not wearing any facial covering. The Red Tomato was cited after inspectors said employees and customers were not adhering to social distancing protocols. This is the first citation for both businesses, a second could cause the business to be closed by the state for 24 hours.
