A two-vehicle accident yesterday morning near Coshocton sent two area men to the hospital.  The crash took place just after 11 o’clock, on State Route 83.  Authorities say 63-year old Walter Withrow, of Shreve, was northbound on 83 when he pulled his SUV off the roadway and attempted to do a u-turn.  As he reentered the road though, Withrow failed to yield to traffic and his vehicle was struck by a northbound semi.  Withrow and his passenger, 34-year old David Raber, of Millersburg, were both taken to Pomerene Hospital with unspecified injuries.  The driver of the semi was not injured.
