Two more businesses were given enterprise zone agreements in Holmes County. Commissioners Monday agreed to enter into the agreements with Premier Metals and Jacob and Levi’s in Walnut Creek. Premier Metals is expected to build a new 101,000 square foot facility on State Route 39, which would add and additional ten jobs to the company. Jacob and Levi’s a furniture manufacturer, is looking to add 12,000 square feet to its existing location. Both agreements are for 10 years and 50% tax abatements.
