Two people have been arrested after trying to flee from Ashland Highway Patrol Troopers in a stolen vehicle over the weekend. According to Troopers, the incident occurred Saturday evening when Troopers made contact with two people who had reportedly been using narcotics in the rest area on I-71 south. The vehicle the two were in was reported stolen out of New York, and the pair fled from police, and the ensuing chase reached speeds nearing 120 mph. The chase ended in Ashland near the intersection of US 250 and US 42 when both people fled on foot. A woman, identified as Ajia Hasenaur was arrested after a short foot chase, while a male, identified as Henry Horton, was arrested Sunday morning. Both are being held at the Ashland County Jail.
