The Salvation Army in Wooster is reminding community members that there are still two weeks to go in its annual Red Kettle fundraising campaign.  Locally, this year’s goal is to raise $70,000, which will help the organization to at least partially fund its emergency shelter and its Living Room program.  This year, to keep both its bell ringers and givers safe, the Salvation Army says it is offering contactless giving at all of its kettles, via either Apple Pay or Google Pay.  People, of course, can also donate online by going to the Salvation Army’s website.
