The United Way of Wayne and Holmes Counties has announced a new reading program for families with young children. The program, for kids in Pre-K through 6th grade, is a collaborative effort between the Wooster City School District, the Wayne County Public Library, and Wooster’s police department. It is essentially a reading scavenger hunt that will lead kids and their families aroundWooster to find QR codes that will then allow them to hear stories read by local celebrities. New locations will be added on a regular basis. The program kicks off this upcoming Monday.
