The University of Akron Wayne College is inviting area veterans to its Orrville campus next month for its annual Veterans Day Luncheon and Recognition Ceremony. The event, now in its sixth year, will take place in the college’s Student life Building on November 7th, beginning at 11:00 a.m. The event is free for veterans and one family member, but seating is limited. Veterans can register either by phone or by going to the school’s website.
