Ashland County commissioners have agreed to buy the former F.E. Myers Pump House office building on Orange Street in Ashland this past week for $ 146,000.  The building, which was owned by the Ashland County land bank and sitting vacant, was appraised for over $665,000. The county is looking to remodel the building and possibly relocate all of its non-court offices from the courthouse and all offices from the Ashland County Service Center to the site within the next two to three years.
