A senior advisor for the Trump campaign was in Wayne County yesterday in an effort to drum up support for the president’s bid for reelection. John Pence, the nephew of Vice President Mike Pence, spoke yesterday afternoon in front of a crowd of about 40 supporters at the Wayne County Republican Headquarters in Wooster. Pence, who has been with the campaign since 2016, also made stops yesterday in Richland, Stark and Columbiana counties.
