Today is Election Day and Ohioans are heading to the polls to decide two hot-button issues – abortion rights and the legalization of marijuana.  If approved, State Issue 1 would enshrine in Ohio’s constitution the right to have an abortion up until viability, which is when a fetus can survive outside the uterus. Issue 2, meanwhile, would legalize recreational marijuana for anyone 21 and older.  In addition to State Issues 1 and 2, voters in Wayne and Holmes counties will be deciding city and village mayoral and council races, utility aggregation and tax levy issues, as well as a number of school board races.  Polls will remain open statewide until seven thirty tonight.
