Officials at Wadsworth City Schools have rescinded the district’s mask mandate.  As of today, masks are no longer required for students or staff, unless they are on a bus or some other form of school transportation.  The district says that moving forward, whether or not masks will need to be worn will be based on COVID absence thresholds at each of its individual buildings.  If a building exceeds its allotted threshold for COVID absences, students and staff there will be required to wear masks for the next two weeks.  The threshold for Pre-K thru 6th grade has been set at 20%, while it is at 15% for grades 7 thru 12.
