The Cleveland Browns returned from a short break to retake the practice field as they get ready to play the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. Browns starting cornerback Denzel Ward was unable to practice due to still being in the concussion protocol.
This is the fourth known concussion that Ward has sustained during his first six seasons and the severity of each can all vary. It is always an unknown to just how severe a specific concussion is as that is all handled within the protocol and not disclosed as part of an injury report.
