Anyone in need of a warm place to spend the night when sever weather hits will thankfully have a place to stay this winter.  Anytime the temperature drops below 20 degrees, the Salvation Army in Wooster will open its doors and serve as a warming center for those in need.  The opening of the shelter will be announced on multiple social media sites affiliated with the center.  Transportation will also be available for people who are unable to get to the shelter on foot.  Funding for the center is being provided by the United Way of Wayne and Holmes Counties.
