The Wayne County Historical Society will be hosting a pair of holiday-themed open houses this weekend. The first will take place on Friday, from 4-7pm, with the second open house set for Saturday, from 1-5pm. Each of the society’s eight buildings will feature at least one special holiday exhibit, and it will be the last chance to see many of the current exhibits, as the society will close for the season Dec. 17, reopening with new displays in early March.
