The director at the Wayne County Board of Elections has been appointed to be part of a federal bipartisan task force on elections. Julie Leathers Stahl brings more than 32 years of public service to the task force, which is made up of 36 members from 25 states, as well as Washington D.C. In addition to her time at the board of elections, Stahl has also served as a ward representative and the clerk for Orrville City Council.
