Wayne County Commissioners have signed off on a measure aimed at helping people stay out of prison.  During yesterday’s meeting, commissioners approved a resolution to add just over $11,000 to a grant for the Targeted Community Alternatives to Prison program, which is run locally through Wayne County’s Municipal Court.  The grant, which after the $11,000 addition is for just under $237,000, will cover Fiscal Year 2024-2025, with funding coming from the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction.
