The Wayne County Emergency Management Agency is apologizing for a message that was mistakenly sent to every county resident registered to receive the COVID vaccine. The message was intended only for county residents scheduled to be vaccinated on Thursday, but an error sent it out to everyone. The agency says it is sorry for the inconvenience and any confusion that it may have caused. Folks who have questions about their vaccine registration can always call the United Way of Wayne and Holmes Counties’ WHIRE hotline.
